I could write about the bikes, tricycles, hand bikes, tadpoles, electric assist bikes, and even pedal-powered lawnmowers that I have designed and built, but there isn't enough space. Since building my first bicycle for my wife, Sue, I have designed and built custom bicycles for forty years. It seems like an eternity, but that's cool. It has been a good time.
Everyone in my shop pays close attention to ensure that each weld is as clean and strong as possible. Each frame that has my name on it must maintain it's structural integrity through whatever rigors lie ahead. To be sure of this, I carefully select, cut and measure each steel (and now titanium) tube used. After working on aircrafts through wartime, my standards for quality and fabrication are set high.
Stop in or send me an email if you have any questions. If you'd like to talk about what we can build for you or test out one of our freshly hand-built frames, give us a call and we'll meet you at the door (old fashioned, New England style).
